The information contained in the Register of Members has
been supplied to the Institute by members on a voluntary basis,
on the understanding that it is made clear that the details
are for the personal use of the intended recipient and his
or her close colleagues only, and shall not be transferred
to an electronic data storage and retrieval system. The information
is not to be used in any circumstances for the distribution
of commercial literature to any individual named.
The Institute shall consider taking action if there is an
indication that the requirement has been disregarded.
The presence of any entry in the Register may not be taken
as implying any form of endorsement on behalf of the Institute.
While every reasonable care has been taken in the preparation
of the Register, the Institute cannot be held responsible
for the accuracy of the information therein or any consequence
arising from its use.
