Abstract
In this presentation the authors of the latest BCO Guide to fit-out will provide a summary of the pertinent points for acoustic consultants to be aware of, covering design principles, acoustic criteria, room acoustics, speech privacy and much more.
The acoustics chapter of the recently published BCO Guide to fit-out 2025 has been authored by a team of seven from Arup, Hann Tucker Associates, Quantum Acoustics and Sandy Brown.
Each of the authors has extensive experience in the commercial office sector, both fit-out and Cat-A/base build works, for clients and contractors, and are a mixture of company Directors and ‘nextgen’ consultants from across the country.
Four of the team will be presenting in person with a representative from each of the contributing companies.
