Abstract:
This presentation will run over established vibration theory and the reasons why the results actually achieved can differ. Simple design practices can lead to better and more consistent results. This talk will include case studies and examples relating the theory to practical advice, including roof top equipment such as heat pumps, structural isolation of lateral forces such as wind, and impact on suspended slabs.
A short Q&A will follow the talk.
