Join us on Wednesday 11 September 2024 at 6.30pm for an ECG Social ahead of the Acoustics 2024 conference. This event is open to Early Careers delegates, Mentors and Buddies only. Space is limited to 30, so early registration is essential.
The exhibition will form an integral part of the conference making networking easy and providing you with access to all attendees.
To ensure maximum exposure for you all refreshments breaks will be held in the exhibition area. The Exhibition will be open on both days.
Set up and break down information will be sent once you have booked your space.
Included in the cost:
1 x Table, L120cm x W60cm, tablecloth (if needed), chairs and access to power.
The fee includes 1 person attending the conference and includes lunch, refreshments and the conference dinner.
Any colleagues should register as a delegate at the Members Rate.
The tables provided by Manchester Metropolitan University Business School are smaller than the 6ft tables we have used before, please note the smaller size available to each exhibitor.

The Institute of Acoustics has recently launched a Carer’s Fund for members who would like to attend an IOA meeting or conference but are held back due to additional care costs. Applications can include, but are not limited to:
- extended hours for a child-minder or care worker;
- babysitter costs;
- travel expenses for friends or relatives to care for your dependants;
- after school activities, clubs or play-schemes; or
- medical, nursing or respite care.

The Senior Members rate is for those who are fully retired
The Early Careers Members rate is for those who are under 35 or in the first 5 years of their acoustic career.
The Student rate is for those in full time education.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are payable in full. In most cases it will be possible to transfer your registration to another person. If you book to attend in person and switch to online you will not be eligible for a refund.
