An Introduction:
‘FläktGroup, a market leader in energy efficient indoor air technology solutions, was formed in 2016 (when Fläkt Woods and DencoHappel joined forces). They research, develop and manufacture innovative products and solutions that improve indoor air comfort and well being, while meeting or exceeding the highest quality standards. Key business segments for FläktGroup include Commercial Building Applications, Close Control/Data Centres and Highly Specified/Industrial Applications.
“Fläkt” actually means ventilation fan in Swedish – it is as simple as that! The name has been part of the company for more than 100 years. The short “ä” is pronounced like the “e” in the word “bet” in English, so it’s more than likely a lot of us have been pronouncing their name wrong all these years.
From the very outset and for more than 100 years (since 1909), FläktGroup has been a company that cares about our shared environment and the people around us. Indoor ventilation solutions affect everyone – whether you see our products or not.’

Flaktwoods can be found off and parking is available: Flaktwoods Axial Way, Colchester, Essex CO4 5ZD.
The S1, S2 or number 8 bus runs from Colchester and there is a stop on Julian avenue which is a (15min) walk from Flaktwoods.
