The Aviation Environment Federation (AEF) have produced a report for UECNA – the organisation for people overflown by aircraft across Europe. The report examines night fight restrictions and numbers at 31 airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester, East Midlands and Dublin. It finds that rules on night flights across Europe vary. There was an average of 24,634 night flights per airport in 2025.
