Please find below instructions for the layout of the Paper. Please note the header and footer should appear on each page. If you find it difficult to keep to the 8-page limit please contact the Institute office.  Please send your paper by email as a Word document to:  sheema.ali@ioa.org.uk by Tuesday 19 August 2025

Presentations

Please can you send your final presentation by Monday 15 September 2025 5pm. This will allow us to test your slides to ensure they are formatted correctly and give any necessary feedback before adding to the master deck.

Late submissions will not be tested and added straight to the master deck.

Presentation guidelines:

  • Slide format must be 16:9
  • All text should be at least 24-point size and preferably larger.
  • Text colour should be in strong contrast to the background.
  • Dark background colours should not be used
  • Standard Windows fonts should be used (e.g. Arial or Times)

EXHIBITION

The exhibition will form an integral part of the conference making networking easy and providing you with access to all attendees.

To ensure maximum exposure for you all refreshments breaks will be held in the exhibition area. The Exhibition will be open on both days.

Set up can take place anytime from 13:00- 20:00

Set up can take place from 07:30 before registration at 08:30

Included in the cost:

1 x 6ft Table, L183cm x W76 cm, tablecloth (if needed), chairs and access to power.

Delegate Paid Parking

parking tariffs apply while parking onsite at Stadium MK. This is managed by MK1 Parking who is responsible for the parking enforcement of the terms and conditions of all car parks and associated private land with Stadium MK ltd.
We have special rates set up for any guests visiting for conferences, exhibitions, and events.
£8.00 for 12 hours
£10.00 for 24 hours
All our car parks are cashless, and payment is taken by RingGo.
To obtain the special rate please use the location code ‘63464’ via the free RingGo app

Unless given alternative parking instructions, please park in W2 or S1.

Please note on Stadium MK event days, such as Football matchdays car park management may be in effect, in such events stewards will be on hand to direct you.
