Women in Acoustics group (a subgroup of the EDI working group)

We are pleased to invite you to the first Women in Acoustics (WIA) meeting, taking place on Tuesday 24 February 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00.

This meeting is intended as an informal gathering for anyone who identifies as a woman working in or studying in acoustics or an acoustics-related area. The aim is to create a supportive and welcoming space where participants can talk openly, share experiences, and build connections within the community.

There is no formal agenda. Instead, this hour will provide an opportunity to meet others in the field, discuss any topics that matter to you, and begin shaping what this group can offer in the future. Whether you would like to network, exchange ideas, or simply listen, you are very welcome to join.
