Data centres are springing up in the UK. The UK Noise Association is teaming up the US-based Quiet Communities, where data centres have been around for longer, to hold this webinar on the noise impacts of data centres. They are raising issues around land use, water and energy use, and noise. Speakers will present an overview of data centre noise in the US and the acoustic qualities of the noise, how it can be measured and what can be done.
The webinar is chaired by John Stewart. Chair of the UK Noise Association.
