The conference centre does not have onsite parking.

Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering. Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard we can’t accept American Express or Maestro.

On receipt of your registration, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent automatically. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the Conference Organisers by emailing sheema.ali@ioa.org.uk

The registration desk will be located on the first floor of Passmore Centre

BADGES

For security, please wear your names badge at all times. Your badge can be collected at the registration desk on arrival.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will emailed to delegates after the event. Please allow up to 14 working days 

WI-FI

There will be complimentary Wi-fi available at the venue.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MOBILE PHONES

Please note that all photography and filming is prohibited in any of the conference sessions.

Mobile phones should be placed on ‘silent’ during the conference sessions.

There will be a conference photographer taking pictures during the conference.
