A Good Practice Guide (GPG) to noise assessment of Battery Energy & Storage (BESS) & Solar Systems

The Southern Branch invites you to a presentation on the new Good Practice Guide to noise assessment of Battery Energy and Storage (BESS) and Solar Systems, by Jim Singleton from TNEI Group, who will be representing the BESS & Solar Working Group on behalf of the IOA Renewable Energy Advisory Group.

Jim will introduce the proposed new GPG for the assessment of noise from BESS & Solar Systems, which will be out to consultation soon. He will explain why the guide is needed, the scope of the document, and key aspects that the working group will be seeking feedback on during the consultation.

 As always, the event is free to members of the IoA, as well as to students and the public. CPD certification will be offered for attendance, wait for the QR code that will be shown/shared at the end of the presentation.

 The event will be recorded but not the Q&A.
