Free Coaching Offer
by Hilary Notley, Vice-President for Groups and Branches, IOA
Good leadership is fundamental to a successful organisation, and we need to continually question ourselves to deliver our aspirations when developing as leaders in acoustics. This is a great opportunity to help you to achieve just that.
Are you at a senior level in your organisation with responsibilities that may include (for example) ) significant management of resources, people, strategy or operations? Do you think you would like to benefit from some personal coaching, but aren’t sure where to go? Are you willing to take part in a series of six free coaching conversations over a period of several months and bring some issues you would like to be coached on? It doesn’t matter what type of industry or profession you work in.
Some further information is below and if you think you would be interested, please email VPGandBioa [dot] org [dot] uk (VPGandB[at]ioa[dot]org[dot]uk) and I can connect you with Rachel.
