March 6th 2023 saw the launch by Engineering UK of an updated schools-facing careers resource From idea to career: explore 12 areas of engineering.
In October 2022, IOA Education was asked to give feedback and suggestions on the pages for Civil and Structural Engineering and Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
As a result of the efforts of Keith Attenborough and Vicky Wills the updated version of the resource mentions acoustics and acoustically related activities under Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering as well as improved descriptions of acoustically related activities on the Civil and Structural Engineering and Electrical and Electronic Engineering pages.
