We’re looking for a visionary Director of Education to lead and transform the IOA’s education services in an increasingly global and digital environment. This is a new and exciting role, offering the opportunity to drive innovation and expand our educational impact.
As the Institute makes significant investments in its digital infrastructure, including enhanced online services for members and students, the Director of Education will be pivotal in harnessing these advancements. You will steer the development of new courses, modules, and innovative delivery methods that meet the evolving needs of both technicians and professionals in acoustics. This may include exploring international franchise opportunities with education providers abroad.
You’ll lead a small, dynamic team and have the flexibility to shape your working hours, with significant opportunities for remote work, though regular collaboration at our Milton Keynes office will be essential.
