The Association of Noise Consultants and the Institute of Acoustics have issued the following guidance on the Practicality and Reliability of Baseline Sound Level Surveying and related matters during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the Prime Minister’s statement on the 23rd March, the Association of Noise Consultants and the Institute of Acoustics have updated their Guidance on the Practicality and Reliability of Baseline Sound Level Surveying and related matters during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Version 3 of this guidance has now been published to reflect recent Government guidance on surveys.  Links have also been included to Noise Mapping data and other sources of road transport information.
