It is with regret that we have been told of the passing of Geoff Kerry. A stalwart of the Institute, Geoff was one of the founding members, a former President as well serving as Honorary Treasurer and as Vice President Groups and Branches. He was a highly respected authority on acoustics with an illustrious career spanning over 60 years. He will be well known to many members both through his work for the Institute and at the Acoustics Department at Salford University.
A funeral for Geoff will take place on 13th September, David Waddington our President Elect will represent the IOA.
