and most interest projects in the energy transition sector in the UK and internationally? This role will give you the opportunity to make a real impact, whilst working alongside a market leading
multidisciplinary team.

 

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Apply your skills across a variety of projects, undertaking predictive calculations and modelling, technical report writing, environmental impact assessment, building acoustics design and providing mitigation advice.
  • Provide technical support to junior members of the team
  • Contribute towards our continued growth and development.
  • Be involved in identifying business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with robust and helpful advice.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant subject and/or the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.
  • 5 or more years’ experience
  • Experience of noise monitoring surveys, noise modelling software and Environmental Impact Assessment.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector.
  • Interest in underwater noise modelling.
  • Commercial understanding, an interest in securing new business and confidence at the client-interface.
  • Corporate membership of the Institute of Acoustics
